Not here so far. I would be very surprised if someone does. It's closer, I can smell it, but it's not there yet.
In fact, I got my web app (simple servlet based app without jsp) to run; I was even able to debug it. Unfortunately, this was quite painful because I got a NPE from IDEA each time it regained (or lost?) focus, so the IDE did not really give a sign when breaking; it did break though, and I was able to do some stepping through (accompagnied by lots of error messages from the IDE), but the whole business was way too tiring, so I switched back to 977.
BTW, in order to set up my web module correctly, I had to unload the module and manually edit the EXPLODED_PATH and EXPLODED_ENABLED (I have no idea what they do, though) because the system would not let me do it via the UI. After that, I could run and debug.

P.S.: I agree with Robert, build 996 is definitely going in the right direction; it is almost functional (and the control panel DOES look very nice)! Good job, JetBrainers!

WebModules configuration stuff in 996 is not functional, sorry about that.
