JSP compilation disabled?
I use 896 and 908 builds. JSP compilation (by hand) feature seems to be
disabled, atleast in these
builds.
Has anyone similar problems?

Have you made sure your web apps are properly configured? Otherwise IDEA cannot resolve taglib uri's and compile jsp pages.
