In the article about the Javaone Jetbrains booth on your website, every word with an apostrophe has a question mark instead.
Seems to be due to bad markup in the header. The header says:

When Mozilla renders it as UTF-8 I get question marks. If I choose View | Character Coding | ISO 8859-1, I get the correct apostrophes, dashes and so on.

Yep, that did it. I was viewing it in IE using UTF-8 but when I chose Auto
Select for the encoding, it appeared correctly.
