AngularJS plugin setup

I am trying out WebStorm and I need to work with AngularJS.  I installed the AngularJS plugin.  I created a JavaScript project (Empty), but I see no references to AngularJS.

What exactly does the plug-in do for me?  What steps do I need to do next?
