New line after <?php and before ?> tag possible?

i have index.php need when i do reformat code to convert

<?php
$myvar = 5;
?>

to


<?php


$myvar = 5;


?>

There is no such setting AFAIK. Feel free to post Feature request to the Issue Tracker.
