Xdebug setup tutorial

Been some years since I used IntelliJ - which I quite liked - so I recently took advantage of the end of the world sale to jump back into PhpStorm, as I've been annoyed by quite a few things about Aptana.  Very happy to have done so, it's been a great experience using it the last couple of weeks.

I tend to document everything I do, and I thought that it might be helpful to others to post how I set up Linux(Ubuntu)+Apache+Xdebug with PhpStorm.  Please hit me up with any feedback / suggestions / errors (or let me know if posting this is inappropriate, I didn't see a guidelines posting anywhere so I'm not sure).
