Non-EAP Download Frustration

Why can't you include the .zip downloads on your main download page?

http://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/download/

Trying to download 117.474, but I need the .zip file. I know there is a way to do it without the link being posted, but now, I have to go dig through my notes to find out how to do it again or ask someone. When if it was just posted, I'd already be done with this task.
