Project outline view
Just wondering, being new to PHPStorm, is there a "Project Outline" view that shows the entire project's details as Eclipse PDT does?
Seems Netbeans does something like this also.

There is no such functionality present in current version of PhpStorm. Please see this ticket: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-6491
