xml diff

Hi,

I know this may be a silly question, but I could not find an precise answer from the docs:

Is PhpStorm able to do xml diff based on their structure (not xml diff on a line diff basis) ?
If this feature exists, do you have a screenshot of how it looks like, and could you precise its abilies, please.
