how to restore phpstorm top toolbar ?

i have hidden it via right click menu.

help says to restore it the same way.

but i have no toolbar now.

where to click?

        ok. but fix  PHP STORM HELP then

     2. Main toolbar
The main toolbar contains buttons that duplicate the essential                commands for quicker access. You can show or hide the main                toolbar, using the checked command on the toolbar context menu.
