Use another language plugin

Is it possible to get another language plugin to work with CLion (rather than the standard IntelliJ IDE)?  Particularly, I'm interested in using the Rust/Toml plugins with CLion, as seen here https://github.com/intellij-rust/intellij-rust/blob/master/doc/Usage.md https://github.com/intellij-rust/intellij-rust

Please advise.  I'd like to keep CLion only, instead of having IntelliJ separate.  Unless I can emulate CLion in IntelliJ alongside Rust?
