I have a mysterious problem with my IntelliJ Ultimate program. My (create) diagram option is lost. Last time I used the IDE there was the option present. I have no idea whats happen.

Make sure UML plug-in is enabled: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/enabling-and-disabling-plugins.html.
Hello,
that solves the problem. The plug-in was deactivated, for whatever reason...
Thank you.
I checked I have Intellij Ultimate and UML is enabled in installed plugin and still I don't see option for Java Class Diagrams, what could be the reason?
Please provide the video of the issue and the logs (Help | Compress Logs and Show in ...). You can upload the files at https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ .
I asked the same question here https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360006952879-Missing-Java-Class-Diagram-option I have uploaded few screenshots, hope that will give some insight.
I had the same problem.
My PhpStorm froze for some reason when I was working with diagrams. I shut it down and then it couldn't start - wouldn't proceed after splash screen.
I rebooted my system twice using "Reboot" option in Windows (shutting down and starting manually doesn't help!) and then PhpStorm was finally working. However, "Diagrams" option were missing from context menu.
I opened plugins settings and saw that Diagrams plugin is deactivated - PhpStorm was smart enough to disable the plugin that blocked the successful startup. I enabled the plugin, restarted PhpStorm and the option was back again!
