Don't remove download links for older versions

We are customers of IntelliJ Idea Ultimate and several other products.

Would be possible to stop removing old download urls for IntelliJ Idea? We are trying (like many other people) to automate our workstation setups using chocolatey. On every minor version change the old version url is removed or disabled and Chocolatey stops working until a new version is updated and approved.

Would be helpful the links work at least until a major version change or at least take ownership of the IntelliJ Packages on the chocolatey Repo.

Also would love to have a folder name that doesn't change with the version name, that makes it difficult to deploy configs to all our users since we have to match the folder name with the app version. Why we can not just use IntelliJ Ultimate as folder name?
