PHPStorm uploading files I didn't edit
I don't know why it's doing this, but randomly my deploy feature (Ctrl+S for me with Eclipse settings) is uploading files I didn't edit, and I'm not seeing why.

Did you check the last modification date on these files?
What settings do you have in Settings\Preferences | Build, Execution, Deployment | Deployment | Options?
It's set to compare content, not date (because the server may not be exact enough).
I thought it only compared content on files that were changed locally, so maybe it's thinking I changed other files locally? It's completely random sometimes.
Please enable extended deployment logging, then reproduce the issue and attach the IDE log.
