Cannot run program svn EVEN AFTER unchecking the "use command line client"

hi.. i keep getting this error ofr cannot run program "svn" CreateProcess error=2 , this happens even after i uncheck the use command line box in project settings.

never mind it's a was a working copy, (i wish there was an easy way to directly import new MODULES from svn into an existing project) from interlij
