Feature request: more menu options for sticky lines

Example: Here I'm in the middle of the `collectFields` function yet I can still see its header. Very nice.

What would be even nicer is to be able to right click on `collectFields` and have menu options like “refactor”, “find usages”, and “go to” available, as if I'm actually on that line.
