I'm trying to customize the IDE themes, but I can't seem to find any options for it. Is there a way to do this?V

Yes, you can customize IDE themes by selecting a UI theme from the list in the settings(Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance). You can choose between light, dark, and high-contrast themes, or install other themes as plugins
