After BlueScreen on Win11 IntelliJ does not start any more

After havin a BlueScreen in Windows I am not able to start IntelliJ any more. Nothing happens. The log file tells me:

 

java.io.UncheckedIOException: com.intellij.openapi.vfs.newvfs.persistent.dev.blobstorage.RecordAlreadyDeletedException: Can't read record[35633453]: it was deleted

Thats it. No chance to start it. 

Does any body knows how to fix this

Please try clearing “%LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea20XX.X\caches” and see if it helps.
If the issue persists, reinstall the IDE.
