Problems with renewing student license
So for my course, i've been given instructions: You can also get IntelliJ Ultimate for free through the JetBrains Education programme6 – all you need to do is verify your university email address, however this is optional.
When I apply, i get "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link", so i click on link and it says u have no license… so i click on “Apply for a free student or teacher license for educational purposes”, it takes me to applying for it but AGAIN i get "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link", help please.

That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your

Your JetBrains educational package has been confirmed / Order D383409433, this was the message I received in my email. However, IntelliJ tells me that I was using a free subscription and it expires tomorrow, October 2.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but, unfortunately, as you cannot provide the convincing proof of your educational status - either as a student or as a member of staff/teacher, so I should cancel your educational subscription until the clarification of all details and remove your access to JetBrains account.

I teach at a UK university and multiple students are experiencing this bug - it takes them round and round in circles and always ends up with the same "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link" when they don't have a student licence to renew, they are new students trying to get an account for the first time.
When will JetBrains fix this bug? I have multiple students falling behind because the website won't let them register and the help email is staffed by an AI that simply turns down their request for help.

In order to perform this function, we will need to receive proof of your student/Teacher enrollment at the school or university. The preferred types of documents are ID’s, and student transcripts. Please provide these at your earliest convenience so we can handle this request for you.

Hello. I am facing the same issue aswell, my license expires tomorrow so maybe I will try to create a new one tomorrow if this doesn't get resolved. I graduated from my bachelor to a different uni so this might be what is causing the problem.
My student email is 24870922@student.uwa.edu.au.
