Request Access for Jetbrains' Softwares via Github Student Developer Pack
Hi JetBrains team,
I’m a student currently using the GitHub Student Developer Pack, which includes free access to JetBrains' tools. However, I’m facing issues accessing the software and would love some guidance on resolving this.
I’ve followed the steps provided in the GitHub Education portal but still can’t activate my JetBrains license. Could you please assist me in getting access?

We would be happy to help you to solve your issue, and will just need a little more info. Please send me your GitHub username, a screenshot of your recently verified as belonging to a student GitHub profile, your student email address and any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2024/2025 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and
eligibility.
After getting this documentation I'll check what is wrong and help you to solve the issue.
