Copilot logs out every time I restart the IDE

Every time I reopen PyCharm (WebStorm too) the Copilot status button on the bottom shows this:

I can log back in easily by just clicking it and clicking Log in without having to actually log in again, but it's pretty annoying to have to do every time.

Also this menu in settings is empty and the “Manage Github Accounts” button doesn't do anything.
