Cannot renew my license even thought I am a student
I am unable to renew my license for jetbrains even though I am a student. I recently switched laptops so I need to get pycharm up and running again but when I login it says there are no licenses on the account. I am a student and have been one since 2022. I also applied for the github student developer pack and it is approved but I can't access anything jetbrains via that.
Any guidance on this would be appreciated!

Please send me your student email address where the subscription was delivered/the number of order, GitHub username (if applicable) and any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2024/2025 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
