I can't access to my JetBrains account renew subscription

I renewed my JetBrains account, and I received an email “Your JetBrains Educational Pack has been renewed / ORDER XXXXXXX" and then I clicked to the link “JetBrains Account” and then in my JetBrains account said “No Available Licenses”.
what can I do???
