Can't activate intellij ultimate trial license

Hi
I'm trying to download and activate trial of IntelliJ ultimate version 2023.1.7.
However, I get error says:
Error fetching licenses for *******
Your trial period had ended. to continue using IntelliJ IEA Ultimate 2023.1.7, purchase a subscriptionI tried to register with my company mail and my private mail, and still got the same errors. Is there official documentation on how to resolve it?

This error occurs if you have already used your trial period without logging into the account. You can only start a trial once, no matter whether you are logged into the account in an IDE or not. To continue using the product, please buy a subscription.
