Bug: Context menu not highlighting on mouse over when context menu is over task bar.
I'm on Linux Mint 22.1. In the new PyCharm GUI you can not select context menu items that are hovering over the task bar. They will not highlight. This is particularly difficult to deal with because there is no easy way to get the context menu higher on the screen.

Hi Ddouglas87, I am wondering which Desktop Environment do you use in on Mint?
I don't see anything outstanding in PyCharm 2025.1 with XFCE:
It looks like this issue requires thorough investigation, please create an issue on YouTrack and attach all relevant information for quicker resolution (including IDE logs from Help | Collect Logs and Dignostic Data)
