can not receive email from jetbrains

Hi! I want to receive complimentary license by the apache committer, in this web site.
But I can not receive the email from jetbrains, and can receive the email by my test:

Our service sent multiple confirmation emails regarding your free All Products Pack subscription. However, all of them were rejected on the recipient's end.
After multiple bounced emails, our system considered your email address unreachable and stopped sending subsequent notifications. We have manually removed your email address from the "unreachable" list. Please try to apply for a license again and let me know if it works.
Please also consider contacting your system administrator. It may happen that your company doesn't allow emails from external domains. If so, please ask the administrator to add no_reply@jetbrains.com to the whitelist.
