Copilot Pro Subscription Active, But IDE Plugin Doesn't Recognize Subscription

Hello,
I have an active GitHub Copilot Pro subscription (confirmed in my account settings), but the Copilot extension in my IDE does not recognize my subscription. Here are the details:

IDE: IntelliJ IDEA
Operating System: Windows 10
Copilot Extension/Plugin: Installed and enabled
GitHub Account: Correct account is linked in both the IDE and browser
Steps Taken So Far:

Verified the Copilot Pro subscription is active on my GitHub account
Installed and enabled the Copilot extension in my IDE
Checked that the GitHub account used in the IDE matches the Pro account
Reinstalled the Copilot plugin and restarted the IDE
Tried re-authenticating and removing/re-adding the GitHub account in the IDE
Checked for errors in the Copilot output/log panel (none found)
Ensured IDE and plugins are up-to-date
Tried on a different network to rule out connectivity issues
Issue: i sign in when github copilot prmpts me , i connect to the github account successfuly(Congratulations, you're all set!
Your device is now connected.), but in github copilot i get the message: You don't have access to GitHub Copilot. Sign up by visiting https://github.com/settings/copilot. i have tried all the solutions that the github copulot chat gave me.

could you please help? (i have already opened a ticket also on github side)

I'm having this issue as well. I've tried all the above steps.

I got it to work after I deleted `~/.config/github-copilot`
