Shouldn't IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition have The Problems tool window option?

On the Features overview page I saw that the tool The Problems tool window is not for IntelliJ IDEA Community but for the IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate version (because it appears more transparent if it is in the "Community Edition" option, meaning that the Community version does not have this) but the Community version has this window, so the Community version or the Features overview page would be incorrect?
