Maven and Direnv pluging on windows does not work anymore

Until the last update of intelij the run configuration works as expected. But since the last update it does not work anymore. If I run a ususal java program with the same .envrc on windows I can see the the env variables ist set.

It seems the plugin is provided by a third party since Direnv support is not available yet out-of-the-box as per IJPL-11588. It would be beneficial to leave the bug report directly on the plugin's forum or bug tracker.
