All .kts files are in in a .teamcity/patches directory. Already, written here: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360010720680/comments/29254654275090, but it seems that the topic won't revive.

Hi! To narrow down the scope of the issue, please navigate to the .teamcity directory in the command prompt. Then try running these commands:

mvn dependency:purge-local-repository
mvn teamcity-configs:generate

Does it successfully generate the TeamCity configs in the .teamcity/target directory?
