404 when trying to download 2025.3 EAP 1 CE, because of unification of CE and UE?

Hi all.
Great to here about the unification.
I just tried to download the 2025.3 EAP1 CE, but i only get a 404. Is this intended like this?
The UE is still asking for creating an account and login and is refusing to work without is.
Am i doing it wrong?

Can you share the link where you see the "2025.3 EAP1 CE" ? 

To use products released under our EAP, you do not need a paid IDE subscription. You will, however, need a JetBrains Account (https://account.jetbrains.com/) in order to use EAP versions of our IDEs and .NET tools. For more details see:  https://www.jetbrains.com/resources/eap/

BTW:
I always downloaded EAP versions of the CE from that location,
and i never was asked for accounts or logins.

The name of the file from your location was ‘idea-253.17525.95.tar.gz’
but when unpacked there is a folder inside named idea-IU-253.17525.95,
what looks like an UE.

Sorry for the confusion. I checked internally and confirmed that the build page is automatically generated. Hence the CE link leads to 404. The page should be fixed now. 
Since 2025.3 the build is unified in one distribution. I could also confirm EAP can be used too with a valid license (can be automatically applied if there is another IDE with a license installed)
In case no login information can be inherited, JetBrains account login is required.
