cant renew jetbrains studnet license with github

My Jetbrains educational license (which was activated through GitHub) had expired. When I try to reactivate jetbrains with GitHub, it says “This GitHub account has already been used to apply. Please check your inbox for an invitation email with instructions on how to proceed”. I have tried several email addresses and i am getting the same error again and again. Even though my Github Student licence is active
