AI Assistant not responding?

I still pay to use AI Assistant. And this is what I get. Will I be charged every time this error happens? AI Assistant often fails to respond, then I can't chat anymore and have to create a new chat thread (by clicking +New chat). :(

I have the same problem, the main issue here is that sometimes, the process is half-baked
