Workspace plugin licensing clarification needed
Answered
Our development team has been successfully using the Multi-Project Workspace plugin in IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition. However, we recently discovered documentation stating this plugin is not available in Community Edition and requires Ultimate Edition. This contradicts our current experience, as the plugin is actively installed and functioning in our Community Edition installations.
Could you plese clarify if this is really going to be removed for free plans in the future?
Here is where i found this note:

Hi Thepineda, thank you for bringing this to our attention. There are currently no plans to remove the plugin from the Community Edition. The documentation is displaying incorrect information, so I have asked the team to fix it.
Thanks for the clarification
Hello,
Thank you for the clarification, though I must admit this is very disappointing news for our team.
The Multi-Project Workspace plugin has been instrumental in enabling our company's transition from Eclipse to IntelliJ IDEA and has facilitated our adoption of Kotlin. The entire development team has been enthusiastic about this move, and the workspace functionality has been a key factor in making the switch successful.
Unfortunately, requiring Ultimate Edition licenses for our entire team would make this transition financially unfeasible, as we currently only need this specific plugin functionality. This news will be quite disheartening for the team, as it dampens what has otherwise been an exciting and positive change. We will need to explore alternative solutions.
I understand that JetBrains has every right to determine the licensing model for its products, and I don't mean to challenge that decision. I simply wanted to share my frustration and express how this impacts our team's enthusiasm and ability to continue with IntelliJ IDEA.
Thank you for your time.
