DataGrip java.io.IOException: Operation timed out

In some cases, when trying to export results to an Excel spreadsheet, I get the error "java.io.IOException: Operation timed out." How can I fix this?

Does that happen when exporting greater amounts of records, 50K and above? To investigate this issue, please upload the idea log onto our FTP https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and include the upload id in your reply.

A very small table for export. Only ~800 rows and 3 columns.

Thanks for uploading the logs.

I noticed you're using an SSH tunnel to connect to your database. The timeout error is present in the log, but I don't see any correlation with the export data action based on the error timestamp. On the other hand, the database log doesn't show any errors because the timeout error occurred at 10 40, where the database records start from 10 50. At this point, I may assume it could be either caused by the amount of exported records and/ or tunneling issues. How many records do you export into a file? For testing purposes, have you tried to export a file without SSH tunneling?
