Who in their right mind thought that :
Shift + F6is a suitable default shortcut for file renaming?
This is a petition. No! A demand!
To make it the more reasonable:
F2even
Shift + F2is fine.

Shift+F6is a default shortcut for Refactor > Rename action. You can set a custom keyboard shortcut for this action in Settings (`⌘ + ,` or `Ctrl + Alt + S`) > Keymap > Main Menu > Refactor > Rename.
