Advertisements for paid products disguising as file support again

I mean sure the “Try …” is an indicator that it's a paid product, but the "Learn More" Link is also broken and just redirects to “https://www.jetbrains.com/products/#type=ide”… at least I hope it's just broken, and not intentionally useless~

Oh, also it's not even like a Plugin… It's literally another IDE~

But please just tell me there's an option to disable this, and how~ 
I'll even disable all recommendations if that's what's required to get rid of the ads…
Even so it would be kinda disgusting to have features in a paid product itself hidden behind an ad wall~
