renewing student license wont work

When I try to renew my licence I get the message to renew it with the link i received by email but I can't find this email anymore, furthermore when I tried to renew without this email I got an email “Your JetBrains Educational Pack has been renewed.” but it wont show on the website or work in Intellij.

As you got an auto-approved student subscription, please send me any officially issued document (PDF or a photo) with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
