Not recieving the confirmation email
I have applied for student free packs with jet brains but it says the email was sent to verify but I didn't receive anything on my side please help.

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student, your GitHub primary email address, your student email address and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your
full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
