Problem renewing JetBrains Educational Pack
Hello,
I already have a JetBrains Educational Pack linked to my JetBrains Account, but it is expired.
When I click “Renew my Education Pack,” I get a message saying that I should use the dedicated renewal link in my JetBrains Account or the reminder email link. However, I am already using that renewal flow, and it still does not work.
My details are:
- JetBrains Account email: serin015768@gmail.com
- Student email: senajeong1@stu.woosuk.ac.kr
- Educational Pack License ID: PRVUGDE536
I have attached:
- a screenshot of the renewal error
- proof of my current student status in PDF format
Please help me renew or restore my Educational Pack on the correct account.
