macOS Tahoe 26.2 Dragging a tab to another screen doesn't open it.

I always use multiple monitor setup, I currently have 5 monitors, I'm not sure if updating iOS has caused this bug but it was fine last month. When releasing the left mouse click to the other screen it became so small and it doesn't maximize.
