Not able to add Application Server

I'm trying to add the glassfish application server to my Intellij IDE and flowed the steps as shown in your tutorial. But it appears like I'm only able to add a Google App Engine Dev Server 
instead of a list of application servers shown in your tutorial.

You've probably disabled most of the plug-ins for the application servers, enable them back: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/enabling-and-disabling-plugins.html.
