I have a question about license

I have a company laptop with Window OS( Commercial computer), a personal Macbook and a personal Windows workstation.
I'm planning to buy a CLion license and a Pycharm license personally.
Both of the CLion and Pycharm are for my personal usage.
My question is:
1. Can I use the 2 licenses on all of my company laptop and personal computers?
2. Can I use the Pycharm Community Edition on my company laptop?

In case your company doesn't mind you have some software for your personal use on a company laptop.
Yeap, PyCharm Community is covered by open source Apache License 2.
