Which webstorm version for macOS doesn't use a lot of CPU?

I use webstorm version 2018.1.4 and it uses 100% of CPU when it launches and about 25-50%(sometimes even more) while I'm working even on very small projects. Is there any version that is more optimized and doesn't use a lot of CPU?

laptop - macbook pro early 2015 13'

CPU consumption doesn't depend only on the IDE version but for example also on IDE and project configurations.

So when the problem occurs please collect CPU snapshots (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241235-Reporting-performance-problems).

Then please upload them and log folder zipped (Help > Show log in Finder) to https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ and let us know their names.
