Snowflake connection on Windows?

I've downloaded the Snowflake jdbc driver and trying to configure based on these instructions: https://support.snowflake.net/s/article/How-to-Configure-Snowflake-connections-for-Datagrip

Get everything set up but then testing the connection fails with this error:

Not sure where to go from here.
