Scratch files no longer accessible in project

Used to have scratch files as an option in this UI, but it's disappeared after updating to 2018.1 (see screenshot). Where did it go?

Also when I open the scratch file manually, it doesn't have access to the project (i.e., can't import project modules from the scratch file).

Is this all because of 2018.1?

Hi Bp5xj, they were moved to a separate tree-node:

There's a known request to allow project-related imports in scratches: PY-24670.
