Is there is any plan to change the integrated file manager ?

Currently the file manager on Jetbrains product is not as good as I would expect, most of the time I have to use it I get feel really uncomfortable there is only a layout which is just a vertical stack of directories and some shortcuts.

A way to access to common folders, other layouts, more shortcuts, favorites, etc would be something I would appreciate or even a way to integrate your file manager.

What is the position of JetBrains respect that?
