Shortcut to move already opened file (now in tab) into new window

I have file opened in tab. I have settings: Tab Appearance: Placement: None So I cannot grab tab header by mouse.

I would like to see that concrete file in new window. How I can do it?

My approach:

Select In (Alt + F) -> Project View (1) -> ??? (SHIFT + Enter) And I see it in new Window

It is lots of keystrokes AND does not work for assets not present in Project View like DB consoles, ...
