Clairification around the ContentManager API

The ContentManager interface has no documentation. What is the difference between setSelectedContent and setSelectedContentCB?The other CB methods return a callback but in this case, both return ActionCallback.

Also do the parameters requestFocus, forcedFocus, and implicit do?
