Vertical pipe shortcut not working on Mac OS X

Hey guys
I'm running into a small problem. I can't get the vertical pipe shortcut working. It open the "Load Context" window. That makes sense, the shortcut exists :
So the idea is to remove it. But what a surprise when i open Preferences > Keymap, the shorcut is not defined :
So is there a "bug" ?

You are on Mac .. but use Default keymap? You should not be using it there...
Anyway: Default keymap has shortcuts defined here on Windows 10 ... but the "Mac OS X 10.5+" keymap (which should be used on Mac OS) indeed does not have any for Save and Load Context actions.
Try assigning your own shortcuts (even some complex -- if you do not plan to use them). Will it make any better?
I don't have the keymap "Mac OS X 10.5+".
I'm on Windows .. so cannot say if they have changed that for Mac version.. but before it definitely was "Mac OS X 10.5+" keymap.
I'm thinking -- maybe worth uninstalling the app and re-installing again...
In any case: have you tried with assigning custom shortcuts?
I use phpstorm 2018.1.4. I never changed this setting before, the shortcut has never worked. Here choices i have :

It might had been said before but ...
On my mac mini running mac os high sierra and using the interface, I have found the shortcut that was using the "|" character and changed it to another unused keystroke.
There is a tool on the top right corner of the keymap selection window that let you search for a shortcut by stroking the key combination.
